DLRestoreMap is operated by Desymphony EOOD, a Bulgarian limited liability company (Дружество с ограничена отговорност) registered in Sofia, Bulgaria. References to "we," "us," and "our" in these Terms mean Desymphony EOOD. References to "you" and "your" mean the visitor using this site.

What this site is — and isn't

DLRestoreMap is an informational procedural decoder for US drivers post-suspension. It is not a law firm, the DMV, or affiliated with any state or federal government. It does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship.

For your specific case, consult a licensed DUI / traffic-defense attorney admitted to your state bar with active DMV-administrative- hearing practice, and verify the most current rules directly with your state DMV.

Accuracy and freshness

We pin every state-rule claim on this site to a state DMV portal, a state legislature URL, or Cornell LII for federal preemption anchors. We refresh the matrices quarterly for fee-table updates and annually for full re-verification, with event-driven updates on detected statutory changes. Even so, state rules change. Always cross-check the cited primary source for your specific case before acting.

No warranty

This site and the decoder are provided "as is"and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desymphony EOOD and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, even if Desymphony EOOD has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to one US dollar (US $1).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability for other users, copy material at scale for republication without attribution, or use automated agents in a way that disrupts service.

Affiliate disclosure
